Cyanotype + Flower Dyeing
In this five-hour workshop, students will learn two awesome printing techniques: cyanotype and flower dyeing. You will learn the proper techniques for prepping silk fabric before diving in to dyeing your very own silk scarves using flowers & plants that can be found in your backyard! We will then use cyanotype, to create a resist style tote. This is an awesome, beginner friendly workshop and you’ll love the finished products that we complete in class.
Cost: $175 course fee, includes 5 hours of instruction and all supplies.
Prerequisite: None. All skill levels welcome.
